What Is Zing Performance?

Zing Performance is a scientifically developed brain training program that uses personalized physical exercises to stimulate and strengthen the cerebellum — the part of the brain responsible for automatic processing, coordination, and the smooth flow of information between brain regions.

When the cerebellum isn't functioning optimally, the brain has to work much harder to perform everyday tasks like reading, focusing, and managing emotions. This extra cognitive load is a key contributor to the challenges experienced by people with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and related conditions. Zing Performance addresses this at the neurological level.

ADD Action Coach Inc. is proud to offer Zing Performance as part of our comprehensive approach to ADHD support. Christine Robinson M.Ed. works directly with clients to implement the program, track progress, and integrate Zing results with ongoing coaching.

How Zing Performance Works

01

Initial Assessment

Zing begins with a detailed online assessment that evaluates balance, coordination, and cognitive function. This creates a precise picture of how your cerebellum is currently performing.

02

Personalized Exercise Plan

Based on your assessment results, Zing generates a completely individualized daily exercise program. No two programs are the same — yours is built specifically for your brain.

03

Daily Home Exercises

You complete a short series of balance and movement exercises at home each day — typically 10 to 15 minutes. The exercises are simple, equipment-free, and designed for all ages.

04

Ongoing Adaptation

The program continuously adapts based on your progress. Regular reassessments ensure the exercises keep pace with your improving cerebellar function throughout the program.

“We started Zing with our daughter when she was nine. Within three months her teacher was asking what had changed — she was more focused, her reading had improved, and she seemed so much calmer. It was the first thing we tried that felt like it was actually working at the source of the problem.”
