ADD Action Coach Inc. was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every person with ADHD has the capacity to thrive. Our work is rooted in the conviction that ADHD is not a deficit to be fixed, but a different way of experiencing the world — one that comes with real challenges and real strengths.

Christine Robinson, M.Ed., founded ADD Action Coach Inc. after years of working in education and witnessing firsthand how students and adults with ADHD were underserved by traditional approaches. Her background in education, combined with specialized training in ADHD coaching, gives her a unique perspective on the intersection of learning, executive function, and personal growth.

Our coaching philosophy is strengths-based and client-centered. We don't hand out generic advice or one-size-fits-all systems. Instead, we work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique brain, their goals, and the specific obstacles standing in their way. From there, we build personalized strategies that are practical, sustainable, and grounded in the latest research on ADHD and executive function.

Our services span the full lifespan. We work with children and teens navigating school challenges, college students managing the demands of higher education, adults building careers and relationships, and business owners running companies. We also offer ACT tutoring, educational consulting, ADHD coach training, and the Zing Performance program for cerebellar development.

We are based in Nashville, Tennessee, and serve clients locally and virtually across the country.
